225 Water Street Creative Arts is holding our second Recycled Art Contest in Jordan, Minnesota.

Our last contest was won by 14 year old, Storm Moll of Belle Plaine, Minnesota with her winning entry "Don't throw Peace Away."

We're in search of our next best “Trashformation” artist! The Recycled Art Contest is open to recycled artists ages 10 and older.

Entries will be displayed at 225 Water Street starting September 1st and the winning entries will be announced September 6th and cash prizes will be awarded for the top three finalists.

Who May Enter: Any found object artist 10 years old and up

Entry must be received @ 225 Water Street on or before: Sept. 1st, 2008

Art Specifications:

1. Materials that would otherwise be trash
2. Media of your choice that convey the 3r’s Reduce, Reuse & Recycle

Judging & Awards Criteria:
1.Use of Recyclable Materials
2.Creativity
3.Originality
4.Level of Effort
